I , would like Unique Insurance Group Pty Ltd AFSR No. 460649 to provide me with General Advice on Life Insurance products. I understand that there is No Fee charged for providing the General Advice.^*

General Advice is where we do not take into consideration any of your financial situation, objectives and needs. We will provide you with a minimum of two quotes wherever possible. You need to consider, if the general advice and any relevant product is appropriate for your circumstances. We suggest that you consider the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) relating to the product before making any decision about whether to acquire the product.

As we do not take into consideration any of your financial situations, objectives and needs, it would be in your best interest to consider the following:

• The amount of cover you request doesn’t leave you exposed to being over or under insured;
• If the intention is to replace an existing cover;
  • It is important to consider the existing insurance (e.g. Type, Amount, Premium Structure etc.) prior to requesting a quote;
  • Once the new cover is in force, ensure that the existing cover that has been replaced is cancelled, to avoid paying double the premiums.
